April 29 – May 3 Congressional Recess While members of Congress are home, they need to hear that people of faith want immigration reform. Make your voices heard by attending town halls, setting up neighbor-to-neighbor visits, hosting family unity prayer vigils.

May 5& 6Immigrant Rights Sabbaths Immigrant Rights Sunday: Some traditions have built educational materials around May 1st after the marches in 2006, as International Labor Day has become a central day to recognize the benefits of immigrants to our economy and broader society. Consider utilizing May 1st as an opportunity to engage your congregants further on immigration reform.
